I took a walk in Owen Conservation Park today to get a nature fix. Much to my surprise, I came back with this picture of pails.
I don’t know what they’re for, but since the plants are sitting in mud and water, my guess is that the city is getting ready to do some wetland restoration. I just like all of the colorful circular elements.
